How do I receive a paid receipt for my payment?
Once you have registered for the Forum you will receive a confirmation email from the ICIS registrations team with a copy invoice attached. If you do require further information please contact the ICIS registrations team at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know if my registration was submitted, will I receive a confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via email to the email address provided when you registered. If you have not received confirmation within two business days, please contact the ICIS registration team at email@example.com

Can I attend only one day of the two days of the Supply Chain Conference?
Yes, however the registration fee will be the same as the total meeting price.
Is there a registration deadline?
Online registration will close at 13:00 GMT on 6 May 2012 . To register after this date please register at one of the on-site registration desks on 8 May 2012 from 8:30am (local time). However, we strongly advise that you register before 6 May 2012.
What is included in my registration fee?
Your registration fee includes the following:
• Conference badge – which allows entrance into the conference, exhibits, internet café, refreshment breaks, lunches and dinners
• A conference delegate bag designed to hold your conference materials
• CD with speaker presentations (not all presentations will be available, only the ones submitted by speakers in advance)
• Access to the exclusive conference delegate online community
When will registration check-in/on-site registration open?
Registration will be open from 8:30am on 8 May 2012.
How do I check-in for registration?
Conference badge and materials will be waiting for you at the registration desk located at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. If you are registering for the first time on-site please proceed to the on-site registration counter.
What do I need to present at the registration desk to receive my materials on-site?
For security reasons, please provide your confirmation letter, along with a business card or photo ID in order to receive your conference badge, materials and to gain access to the Fourth GPCA Supply Chain Conference.
If I am unable to attend, what is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking at any time. If cancellation is more than 31 days before the event date we will at your option accept a substitute at no extra cost (please see substitute section below) or refund 75% of the applicable delegate fee. If cancellation is less than 31 days before the event date a substitute will be accepted but no refund will be given. Failure to attend the event counts as a cancellation.
Substitutions: If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing by fax: +44 (0) 20 8652 3482 or email: email@example.com with the name, job title, email address and telephone number of both the registered and substitute delegate. Please also advise if a visa invitation letter is required, and whether the substitute delegate has any special dietary or access requirements.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes. We have worked with the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, Dubai, on a special group reservation rate to be offered to The Fourth GPCA Supply Chain Conference delegates. You must register for the conference first and we will then send you information on how to obtain the hotel reservation form that you will need to fill out to receive the special discount rate.

How do I obtain a visa in order to enter Dubai, UAE?
When making your hotel reservation, please indicate that you need a visa and the hotel will contact you. It is recommended that you apply for your visa as early as possible and at lest 31 days before the conference.
Please note: You must be registered for The Fourth GPCA Supply Chain Conference and registration paid in full to request your visa.

How can I obtain a copy of the conference proceedings?
